Shipping availability and charges
Available destinations, shipping methods, and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before an order is placed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order processing and handling
Order processing, research-material handling, packaging, and carrier transit are separate stages. Fulfillment and delivery may be affected by weekends, carrier holidays, address verification, and other delays. Please contact us if you need to confirm timing before placing an order.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when an order ships. Allow time for the carrier to record the first scan. Use the tracking link for current delivery information.
Address changes and cancellations
Check your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if a correction or cancellation is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started or the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
Delivery problems
For a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. For a package not delivered, contact us within 7 calendar days after the carrier’s latest estimated delivery date. Include your order number, tracking details, and photographs of the packaging, shipping label, damage, or items where relevant. If tracking says delivered, check nearby delivery locations, parcel lockers, your building office, and with the carrier.
Contact Polymer Support or email support@polymerpeptides.com. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or medical information. Refund, replacement, reshipment, credit, and return eligibility are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.
Research shipment handling and use restrictions
All products are supplied strictly for controlled laboratory, analytical, or in-vitro research use only. They are not for human or animal use and must not be consumed, administered, or used for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, cosmetic, food, or veterinary purposes.
On receipt, inspect the outer package and product labels, document any visible transit damage, bring the shipment into an appropriate controlled research environment promptly, and follow the applicable product and batch documentation for storage, chain of custody, and handling. Shipping conditions do not authorize any use outside the stated research restrictions. Do not assume shipping is temperature-controlled unless that service is expressly specified for the order.
