Refund and Return Policy
Polymer Brands LLC supplies research materials through polymerprecision.com. Refunds, replacements, reshipments, credits, and returns are available only under the conditions and timeframes below.
How to request a refund or return
Use the Contact page or email support@polymerpeptides.com. Include your order number, the reason for the request, and photographs of the items, packaging, shipping label, or damage where relevant. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or medical information.
Request windows
- Damaged, incorrect, or missing items: contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.
- Packages not delivered: contact us within 7 calendar days after the carrier’s latest estimated delivery date.
- Other return or refund requests: contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery.
- Cancellations or address corrections: contact us before fulfillment begins. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started or the package has been handed to the carrier.
Return eligibility and conditions
Do not send any product back without written return authorization and instructions from Polymer Brands LLC. To qualify for a discretionary return, the item must be unopened, unused, unaltered, in its original sealed packaging, and stored in accordance with the product’s research-handling requirements. Opened, unsealed, used, altered, improperly stored, final-sale, special-order, or unauthorized returns are not eligible except where required by law.
Because research materials require controlled handling and chain-of-custody review, Polymer may resolve a damaged, incorrect, or missing-item claim without requesting a physical return. When a return is required because of Polymer’s error or verified transit damage, Polymer will provide return instructions and cover the authorized return-shipping cost. Original shipping charges and customer-paid return shipping are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.
Available resolutions
After reviewing the order records and supporting information, Polymer may approve a refund, replacement, reshipment, store credit, carrier claim, or another appropriate resolution. Approval is not automatic and depends on the request being timely and meeting the conditions above.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval or, when a return is required, after the returned item is received and inspected. Financial institutions may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the credit.
Research-use and handling restriction
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory, analytical, or in-vitro research use only. They are not for human or animal use. Refund or return eligibility does not change those use restrictions.
